I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was great, making sure that I was comfortable throughout my visit. Despite some A/C issues, they tried their best to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, as it was in close proximity to the French Market. I could easily walk from the hotel to the French Quarter, and for the return trip, I could conveniently take an Uber or cab for just $10. Also, the hotel offered free parking, which was a major plus. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy, and there were bus stops nearby for easy transportation around the city. I especially enjoyed the fact that there was a nice Irish bar just a few blocks away. The free parking and free coffee were also great amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. We were also pleased to find that the hotel was within walking distance of some nice restaurants, making it convenient for us to explore the local cuisine. Additionally, the hotel's location allowed us to easily reach the downtown area and the Trolley service, making it convenient for us to explore this city.
That we didn't have hot water in our room and the tub was clogged.
Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, they were unable to fix it, resulting in us having to take a cold shower.
The staff was friendly and accommodating upon arrival. We requested a room with a terrace and the supervisor was more than willing to provide us with that room at no extra charge. The hotel's location was about 6 or 7 miles from downtown French Quarter, which was convenient considering the price we paid. We found a few local bars near the hotel that were great for a nightcap and had friendly locals.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with a nice and clean room that made me feel comfortable. I also loved the hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool. The location was very convenient, as it was close to a bus stop that made it easy to reach the French Quarter and take the Trolley.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The recently remodeled rooms were clean and had a fresh white design. The hotel facilities, including the amazing pool, were well-maintained. The staff, particularly the friendly and knowledgeable front desk lady with red hair, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They provided helpful recommendations and even referred us to a reliable driver named Mike.
