We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch. The friendly and helpful staff, especially Eddie at the front desk and Ed with the valet service, made our experience even better. The hotel's location was ideal - central to the convention center and right in the center of everything, just one block south of Canal. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy all its attractions without needing to rely on taxis or Ubers.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The valet parkers were also very friendly and playful with us. They recommended some amazing places for us to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Additionally, we loved the bar at the hotel, as the prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was great. The beds in our room were incredibly comfortable, and the lobby always smelled amazing. The hotel offers a lot of amenities and is conveniently located near all the day and night time attractions. It's within walking distance to the French Quarter and street cars, making touring the city easy without the need for a rental car. The views from our unit were lovely, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. They even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolates to celebrate my daughter's birthday. we were impressed by the luxurious feel of the hotel and the high-quality furnishings used.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, just one block south of Canal Street. We were close to all the attractions and nightlife of this city, including the French Quarter. It was convenient to have a paid parking lot right next door, making it hassle-free to park our car. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we were impressed by the cleanliness throughout the entire property. The staff here was exceptional, providing warm and pleasant service from the moment we arrived. The front desk receptionist was professional and extremely helpful, ensuring that our stay exceeded our expectations.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff, from the front desk to the concierge, were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the amazing view. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to restaurants, the waterfront, the Superdome, and the French Quarter. Additionally, I was delighted to find that there was a saltwater lap pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee and a newspaper in the lobby, which was a nice touch.
