We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, providing friendly and helpful service. The front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even giving a free drink for my daughter on her birthday. The bed was comfortable and the shower was in good condition. The hotel's location was great, with many attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the cleanliness and the hotel facilities.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff, from Jason to Ms Lucy to Irma and Carey, were fantastic. They made my solo birthday trip so much fun and were always there to assist with anything I needed. The hotel was clean and the front desk service was fast and efficient. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Additionally, the location was perfect. It was just a short 10-minute walk to the city center, where I could enjoy the restaurants and attractions of this vibrant city.

The location couldn't have been more perfect, as it was within walking distance of the convention center and away from the chaos of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Adam at check-in, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an early check-in and made us feel welcome. The valet service was also exceptional, with professional and efficient staff. We were truly impressed with the level of service provided by everyone, including Kevin who handled our luggage.

Despite being in a quiet area, transportation was readily available. The hotel was clean, and the front desk service was fast and efficient. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel was soundproof, so even though there was an activity happening across the street, we could barely hear the music.
